ZPacks accepts secure online credit card payments via PayPal. You do not need
a Paypal account to pay by credit card, just complete an easy form during checkout.
Money orders are also accepted. If you intend to pay by money order,
please email me first so that I can verify your order.

Returns / Warranty:
Returns are accepted for up to 30 days from the purchase date. Feel
free to test out your new gear on a trip or two. If you are not
completely satisfied, send it back for an exchange or refund.

I also offer a 1 year warranty against defects in materials
or workmanship on all gear. If you
experience any problems I would be happy to repair, exchange, or refund
your purchase. Repairs are free for the reasonable lifetime of all
